湘菜-糖油粑粑

食材:糯米粉100g、油、红糖1块。

【做法】

1、倒出糯米粉,糯米用温水调好,注意不要太硬。2、团子搓圆压扁成饼状(最好放干净湿布上)。3、锅里放油烧热放入片糖转小火,不停的划动片糖。4、直到片糖完全融化,放入整好的坯子,不时的翻炒。5、开小火慢慢煎,轻轻用铲子压,炒到粑粑中间鼓胀就熟了。
