澳门新派土生菜腐乳蟹

腐乳蟹是新派土生菜,由土生葡菜咖喱蟹演变而成。当年菲太试着以腐乳与蟹结合,误打误撞产生了新派土生菜式。腐乳蟹用了大量的洋葱,以及台湾腐乳制成。洋葱的香甜与腐乳味混合非常咸香,汤汁好拌饭,而腐乳蟹选用的大蟹,肉质鲜甜,食完忍不住要舔舔手指。
